In the east of Belgium you find the Ardennen. These wooded hills are the breeding habitat for Spotted Nutcracker, Black- and Middle Spotted Woodpecker.

 

In the streams you can find Dipper, Grey Wagtail and Kingfisher. The areas is really beautiful in autumn when the leaves start to change color. The small villages breathe history from the WO I and II. 

 

Although it's outside of the Netherlands it's worth to have this tour as an option, in combination with other tours in the south of the Netherlands, especially if you clients have more then one day and like to combine nature and culture.
